​Is your hair 100% human?    
Yes absolutely! Our hair does NOT have any synthetic or animal fibers wefted into the bundles.


Is your hair real Virgin Raw hair?
Yes! and Yes! Our Raw hair is 100% pure as it has not been chemically processed in any way shape or form. Each texture is formed by a steamed pressed method and NOT chemical! The cuticles on our hair are in tack which ensures our hair won't mat or tangle. To learn more contact us. 


How often do I wash my hair?
Wash your hair extensions every week. Our hair doesn't need much product, but if your using products daily, wash your hair at least twice a week. 


How do I protect my hair if I'm using heat?
Spray heat protectant in your hair prior to using your flat iron or curling iron. Remember to hold your spray bottle at least 6" away from your head.
*Black Diamond Hair has a natural shine. Minimal Heat protectant needed. 


How do I protect my hair at night? 
Satin or Silk! Remember, Satin or silk! Any get yourself a bonnet! wrap your hair and throw a scarf on and a bonnet and you're good to go! This hair barely needs a comb in the morning!

Will my hair shed?
Minimal to no shedding! 


Can I color my hair?
Of course you can! Because our hair is virgin, your able to bleach, perm, and dye our hair with no problems! (we recommend that all coloring services are done by a licensed professional.)  



How many bundles do I need?
1-2 bundles for 12'-14"
2-3 bundles for 16"-22"
4-5 bundles - 24" - 30"



How long will my hair last?
Our hair will last 4-5 years with proper maintenance.
